Laurel and Hardy, Tom and Jerry, Sherlock Holmes and Watson, Bush and Aznar... are some of the duos that make part of the history of Humankind, whatever the reason. Now, we have to add a new couple: Lindberg and Englund, At The Gates' former guitarist, now in The Crown, and Evergrey's singer, together in a melodic death metal project.

In addition to other distinguished names among which we can underline Gus G, that young Greek guitarist who, at this rhythm, will end the year with another 30 or 40 cds in his résumé.

A project that combines the more melodic people in the genre, with the most aggressive ones (Per M. Jensen on drums, for instance), resulting in a blunt melodic death metal of great quality, with lots of great melodies everywhere.

The characteristic of all the couples stated above is that one of them always had the worst part, and this is also present in this case. Tomas Lindberg is in charge of the greater part of the tracks, while Tom S Englund is relegated to a second position. However, a greater participation of the latter could have resulted in a much harder record.

Watch out for the great song "Circle of Pain", a magnificent combination of both voices and the melody with a great musical aggressiveness, and where we can listen to Lindberg's clean voice for some instants.
